Maria is a graduate of Vanier College. She has always known that she wanted to work with animals, an interest that developed naturally over the years and has guided her path into veterinary medicine.
She is particularly interested in small animal care. What she enjoys most about her work is the team environment, as well as the opportunity to build meaningful connections with both animals and their owners.
Outside of work, Maria has a fondness for dark comedy, a detail that reflects her unique sense of humor. At home, she shares her life with her cat Keroberos (DPC), her dog Rex, a Husky–Golden Retriever mix, as well as two budgies named Kiwi and Guanabana, each bringing their own personality to the household!
