Our Team

Our veterinarians, technicians and assistants are passionate about veterinary medicine. They have the well-being of your pets at heart and take the time to talk with customers. Coming to the clinic is the guarantee of attentive listening and of professionals who take the necessary time, invested by their benevolence and their passion. At the Clinique Vétérinaire Beaubien, we feel at home!

I graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the Université de Montréal. Since then, I have been practising medicine and surgery for dogs and cats. I particularly like dentistry and internal medicine. My favourite hobbies are birdwatching, nature walks… and renovation! At the Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien, I excel in family animal health and I give my all for pets. My passion is immediately transmitted at first contact!

As a veterinary doctor, I have been concerned about the health of my patients for almost three decades. In fact, I attach great importance to animal health and prevention. My affability and professional probity are without a doubt great qualities of mine. At the Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien, you are part of the family, since we rely on close relationships with our clients. We like to practise family animal medicine.

Dre Amina Hammadi

For ten years already, I have been working with the team at the Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien. I received my PhD from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Saint-Hyacinthe in 2009.

I love animals and human contact. Moreover, I greatly value the bond of trust that I can have with my clients.

Curious by nature and determined to find and solve the problems of our four-legged friends, I have a leaning towards internal medicine.

Concerned about the well-being of my animals, attentive to my clients’ needs and always seeking to integrate conventional medicine with complementary therapies in order to optimize my treatments, I began training in veterinary osteopathy two years ago and will soon be training in acupuncture.

I spend my free time with my three children, I love outdoor activities, hiking, camping… What better way to go back to sources and recharge your batteries!

Cooking with the kids, making my own soap and watching a fire, that sounds like me! On the picture, the newest member of the family: Bigou Tarte à la Poire (Bigou pear pie)! Ah yes! One thing to know about me, I’m crazy about the holidays and long-haired caramel cats!

I started working at the clinic in 2010, while I was studying animal health. I’ve been with this great team ever since. When I’m not looking after your precious hairy friends, my passions are mountain running and climbing, which leads me to travel and discover nature as often as I can. I am now part-time at the clinic as I have returned to school to study physiotherapy.

Even after graduating in animal health, I was never able to completely stop my studies because I am eager to pursue my various passions. Constantly questioning life and a dedicated vegan for more than ten years, as much for the environment as for animal welfare, I studied philosophy and ended up in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences, where my greatest passions are combined: the environment, the outdoors, research and life. So I juggle between my studies, my beloved work and my little animals! Huxley, the youngest member of my hairy family, is a humanitarian adoption I made in March 2017. Huxley has suffered from refractory idiopathic epilepsy since early childhood. Yet, this dog has the most endearing personality that ever walked through my door!

Meet my husky Shaco! In my spare time, I love to go hiking with him. I also allow myself to get away from everyday life and attend music shows with my friends. At home, I love to watch movies or series and read novels of all kinds to relax with my two cats!

This photo captures one of the very rare moments when I am sitting quietly; my cat Larry seems to be completely confused. Passionate about pets, I am in the right place at the Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien. I love human contact and taking care of dogs and cats.

Freshly arrived in December 2019, after graduating as an animal health technician from the Cégep de Saint-Félicien, I am available to accompany you in your questions concerning the care and well-being of your furry companions. Outside the clinic, you can find me among Montreal’s wildlife, either in a concert hall, at the theatre watching the latest superhero movie or wandering through the library aisles. Can’t find me in the city? I’m lost in the woods watching nature and walking through the crisp autumn leaves to my delight. My greatest pride and joy is my raspberry bush, which produces the best fruit you will ever taste; ask the whole team about it!

Monroe is an adorable little kitty we adopted in 2017.
In my spare time, I love to go camping or just enjoy life and have a good time with my family. At the clinic, I’m very much focused on the client experience; I like to talk to people and hear from their pets.

Name of cat: Babachat, alias Baba

I like to enjoy nature while hiking and camping. I also like the more relaxed days watching a movie with my cats Baba and Proutsky 🙂 At the clinic, I give my all to serve the clients and greet their pets very generously. I have a passion for these little beasts, as for my work.

I have been an assistant technician at the Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien since September 2019. After my studies in visual arts and literature, I developed a great passion for animals, ecology and biodiversity conservation. My adorable feline companions are named Sam and Nekko (here is Nekko on the picture) and my little crested gecko is called Globule!

I introduce you to my cat Totoro and my lizard Jules. Both are young, but we can say that Totoro is a lot more energetic than Jules, who likes to get a tan all day long. Let me introduce myself too: I’m a graphic design student and I love animals. In everyday life, if I’m not constantly doing my many homework assignments, I like to read and paint. I look forward to meeting you… at the clinic!

My experience is mainly in sales and secretariat. I followed theoretical courses on dogs as well as webinars with “De main de maître”! My goal is to do zootherapy and canine education! I adopted my dog five years ago, a Pitbull Terrier Rescue! The Clinique vétérinaire Beaubien makes me want to surpass myself.

Patricia G-Villeneuve

My name is Patricia and I am a receptionist. I’ve been in the aviation industry since 2013 and I decided to come and work in the field I’ve always wanted to work in. I have taken the SEA in animal care (canine/feline behaviour and animal handling). The cat in the picture is called Loulou and he is my son since 2012! Besides animals, the feeling of being at a festival or a music show surrounded by people is what makes me vibrate.
